Characteristics of Our Product

-          A body frame is profiled not only with a high quality aluminum material to provide a beautiful exterior look but also with a strong structure, and is free from deformation, deflection and corrosion.

-          Our own peculiar forced convention system renders a drying subject to be free from sweltering phenomenon caused by over-saturation, whereby product value can be enhanced with added quality free from color change.

 

Sweltering Phenomenon?

 The sweltering phenomenon is a phenomenon frequently generated in the forced convection method. Generally, a drying subject must discharge moisture in the course of being dried, and if moisture is not smoothly discharged, the subject is left sweltered due to residual moisture and high temperature while being dried. Under the circumstance, a drying time is prolonged and a phenomenon of dried quality being deteriorated occurs. 

 

-          Designed in consideration of wind direction, wind pressure and air current, a vertical temperature distribution is uniform and an even dried subject can be obtained without change of trays.

-          Both temperature control in a drying chamber and inputted hot wind temperature are controlled in two-tier manner, such that even the heat-sensitive product can be dried with a high quality. 

-          A digital handling controller solely for dryer is adopted to be free from frequent breakdown, and it is easy to manipulate the dryer.

-          A safety device such as overheat prevention circuit breaker, and a display device indicating breakdown and error message enable an easy breakdown diagnosis. 

-          A special blown urethane packing, a high quality hinge and a door catcher are employed to obtain an excellent air tightness, whereby opening/closing is easy.

-          A plastic tray for foodstuffs is basically adopted, and a system of various compatible trays allows selecting plastic, stainless steel, galbanum and coated trays according to drying subjects.

- Urethane wheels are installed at the bottom of dryer to allow easy installation and mobility.

 

Strong point of Far Infrared Coating

-          Emission of far infrared and negative ion enables obtainment of excellent products with reduced power consumption, anti-bacterial deodorization and changeless color. 

-         High quality far infrared and negative ion emitters are employed to coat tray.

-          Resonance of far infrared enables simultaneous heating of inner and outer drying subject to increase a drying speed, and to obtain an even vertical drying subject.

-         Activation of far infrared and negative ion minimizes destruction of pigment and nutrient.

 

Far Infrared Emission

 A coated tray allows far infrared to be evenly emitted on an area touched by drying subject. That is, the far infrared is propagated not by air flow, but proportionally propagated by tray area, whereby effect of far infrared is evenly penetrated into the product and completely dries the drying subject to the core, and the far infrared brings forth a remarkable effect to relish and color of the product.
